Our Mission
The Emergent Institute (“TEI”) supports literary, visual, and performing artists with special needs as they pursue self-sufficiency through their chosen educational, employment and entrepreneurial ventures. TEI also serves as a business incubator developing for-profit companies that provide innovative, adaptive / assistive technologies designed to enable persons with disabilities to overcome obstacles as they strive to improve the quality of their lives.
